Introducing our newest collection, Tulipa, presented in collaboration with heritage wallpaper brand de Gournay during the 2024 edition of London Design Festival. Building upon our ‘Giardino Segreto’ (Secret Garden) series of floral-motif vases and candle holders that launched in May 2023, ‘Tulipa’ pays homage to de Gournay’s renowned Chinoiserie wallpapers. The forms and scale of the collection vases subtly recall the porcelain urns often found in the same environments as these iconic wallcoverings, while a palette of ambers, yellows, and pinks that beautifully complement the wallpapers, imagining the rich environments within which these historical wallpapers would have once existed. The collection also introduces new typologies into the in-house offerings of SLJ, in the form of suspension lighting, sconces, and mirrors.
