Stryx Grande

$1,250

Named after the short-lived 1970s Italian television program Stryx, this fire-enameled copper dish is produced by fusing powdered glass to metal to achieve a thick, vitrified surface. Its cosmic motif pulls from the show’s staged occult imagery — black velvet backdrops, metallic body paint, and ritual gestures lit in saturated color.

Enameled copper, once prevalent in Italian decorative arts of the late 20th century, now less commonly seen. Genuine leather pad.

Celebrating the ritual of aperitivo through the transportive energy of 1970s and 80s Italian disco glamour, the Disco Aperitivo collection was conceived during a year spent frequently in Milan, emerging from our growing fascination with the Italian aperitivo — a daily cultural passage from day to night that is at once casual and essential.
